Requests for Proposals – Servicer Proposal

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to serve as the Servicer for the Single-Family Mortgage Loans ("Mortgage Loans") originated under the Residential Mortgage Revenue Bond Homebuyer Programs offered by OHFA and as specified in this Request for Proposal. The servicing provided will be in accordance with a Mortgage Pooling and Servicing Agreement that the selected Servicer will need to execute by and between OHFA and the selected Servicer (the "Servicing Agreement"), any definitive Program agreements, the Indentures issued by OHFA, and all applicable laws, regulations and rules.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00pm (EDT) on November 3, 2017.


Requests for Proposals – Mortgage Funding Consultant

OHFA is seeking proposals from qualified firms to act as the Mortgage Funding Consultant to perform functions on behalf of OHFA related to the hedging and pooling of single family mortgage loans and provide mentoring / training services for OHFA staff as further specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The term of the engagement shall begin on December 1, 2017 and end on December 1, 2018 or 30 days after delivery of notice of termination from OHFA, whichever is earlier. Final MBS settlements may occur after the end date. OHFA's short term objective is to have a firm perform the functions on behalf of OHFA and the long term objective is to build internal staff capacity to perform all functions unassisted.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00pm (EDT) on October 23, 2017.


Notice of Funding Availability – Housing Assistance to Reduce Infant Mortality

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals to establish a time-limited housing assistance pilot program to expand housing opportunities and demonstrate the effectiveness of a time-limited rental subsidy targeted to households that include pregnant women, new mothers or infants within the first year of life. The pilot program must include rental assistance, access to maternal and child health care services, social service supports and activities to foster long-term housing stability. The goal of the pilot program is to assess the potential impact of a rental subsidy to reduce the risk factors for infant mortality and increase housing stability of low-income households with children.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00pm (EDT) on November 1, 2017.


Inspection System RFP Update

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is in the process of reviewing the proposals in more detail, however, due to business constraints final decisions will be delayed to the end of the 2017 calendar year.
